After an incredible, sold-out first edition, Haarlem Dips In returns to Donkere Spaarne 28, for a cozy early-autumn gathering. This time, we are taking you on a much deeper dive into the comforting, rich, and often surprising heritage of Polish cuisine.
As autumn approaches, our table will be guided by two iconic, ultra-Polish ingredients: Plum & Honey.
Instead of keeping them strictly on the sweet side, we have woven these two timeless ingredients across our entire 5-act tasting menu. They will cleverely connect every single dish, balancing deep, savory complexities in the appetizers and main course, before delivering a brilliant finish in the desserts.
From the wild Baltic coast to the rolling hills of the South, each act of our tasting experience maps out a different geographic region of Poland.

The journey continues in your glass, too. Throughout the evening, the flavors of the harvest will be complemented by a curated selection of traditional Polish drinks – featuring rich, aromatic mead (miód pitny) and sweet, warming plum liqueur (nalewka śliwkowa).
Practical Information
What is included in the ticket price? The €70 ticket covers the full 5-act autumn tasting menu and 3 curated tasting drops of traditional Polish drinks (available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions).
How do additional drinks and payments work? All other drinks (including wine, craft beer, coffee, and soft drinks) are extra paid. At the entrance, you will receive a special wristband to track your bar orders. You simply settle your total bar tab at the end of the evening.
What language is the event hosted in? The whole event is hosted in English.
Do you offer a vegetarian option? Yes. We offer both meat and vegetarian menus. You simply select your preferred option while purchasing your ticket on Ticketkantoor.
What about allergies? If you have any specific food allergies, please make sure to note them in the designated section during your Ticketkantoor checkout so the kitchen can accommodate them in advance.
Can you accommodate a vegan menu? No. Due to the volume of this event, we are strictly unable to offer a vegan menu.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
• Up to 72 hours before the event: Let us know, and we will issue a full refund.
• Less than 72 hours before the event: No refunds. If something comes up last minute, you can pass your PDF ticket to a friend or safely resell it via TicketSwap.
